Ticket to Die by Elaine Calloway eBook Review

*Photo is a screen grab taken by me on my Kindle*

Ticket To Die is ghost story by Elaine Calloway. It's the second in the series, but each story in the series is different so they do not need to be read in order.

With book reviews, I always want to tell everything, but if I do that, then what's the point in reading the book? I haven't read many ghost stories(sparkly vampires? yes haha!), so I was interested in reading this.

This book is about a young woman, Amanda and her boyfriend Jake who take a trip to Alabama. They are going to an old abandoned amusement park, Amanda is taking photos of the carousel while Jake is checking out a roller coaster that crashed and killed several people. The bad news for Amanda? She can see & communicate with the dead and the spirits of the people that were killed on the roller coaster are still at the part and they need her help to cross over. Her task is to find the person who caused the crash find out the truth.

I liked this book. I would go thru several chapters at night without even realizing it. It's one that kept my attention and I didn't want to put it down. Even tho the other books in this series are not connected, I would still like to read them. If you like ghost stories, I think you should give this one a try. If you've never tried a ghost story, I think this would be a good one to try out.

Ollie's Bargain Outlet Haul

Ollie's Bargain Outlet recently opened in Bristol VA on 10-29-2014 I used to shop at the one in Watertown NY & missed shopping there, so when I found out one was opening here, I was very excited! If you've never been to one, they have a little bit of everything. My favorite thing to buy there is books. I bought 10 books today for only $1.99 each & some of those were hardback! I love the velvet hangers, they save space in your closet & they help your clothes from falling on the hanger. I got a 10 back for $2.99. I got a portable charger for $3.99 & some snacks & candy. Everything in the photo cost me a little over $42 dollars.

Ollie's Bargain Outlet sells things cheap, but it's not because items are just about to expire or messed up. They get overstock of items, items that might have had package change or maybe a tiny flaw with stitching that doesn't really matter. The one that just opened up had a lot of jeans for men. The label of the brand is cut off/out, but they said if you look at the button that you could find out the brand. Most of the clothing that had in were for men, but I personally do not mind wearing guys shirts, I find them more comfy! If you have a Keurig, they have the big boxes for pretty cheap!

Check Ollie's Bargain Outlet to see it there's a store near you!
