My Top 10 Beauty Items(Makeup Edition)

Hello all! It's been a while! Mainly because I've been complete mind blank for ideas LOL. After doing some searching online, I found some ideas. In this post I'm going to share my top 10 beauty items, makeup edition.

My Top 10 Beauty Items(Makeup Edition)

It was hard to pick a top 10, so this will most likely change soon! These are in no particular order.

1. COVERGIRL Ready, Set Gorgeous Concealer in Light
2. N.Y.C. Expert Last Lip Stick in Candy Rush
3. Wet n Wild Color Icon Bronzer With SPF15 in Reserve Your Cabana
4. Revlon Photoready BB Cream in Light
5. Hard Candy Eye'm Tired Under Eye Roller Ball*
6. L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Intenza Mascara in Black
7. Jordana Twist & Shine Balm Stain in Tropical Frenzy
8. E.L.F. All Over Color Stick in Persimmon
9. Urban Decay Ammo Eye Palette
10. Wet n Wild Fergie On The Edge Eyeliner in Midnight Girl

The Urban Decay Ammo Eye Palette is on sale now for $16 on the Sephora website. Just about everything else can be found at Walmart except for the Hard Candy item which has been discontinued. I bought the Jordana Balm Stain at Walgreens. If you have any questions about any of the items, please let me know & I will do my best to answer. I have a review of the Revlon BB cream here. I also have a review/compare of the Wet n Wild Fergie eyeliner here.

Until next time!

Beauty Haul From The Past Week

Over the past week(10-27-14 thru 11-2-14), I picked up some pretty nice beauty items, some even while on my little getaway! Just about everything was on sale or bought at the Dollar Tree.

I only took a group photo, but if anyone would like a photo of something by itself, please let me know & I will take one:)

Dollar Tree Goodies
Maybelline Dream Mousse Shadow.
Milani Glitzy Lip Gloss in 2 different shades.
e.l.f. Studio Small Smudge Brush.
Revlon Top Speed Nail Polish in Ocean(it's blocked by the foundation).

Walgreens
Cover Girl Glowing Nights Glosstinis
Wet n Wild Fergie Nail Polish x2
Rimmel London Scandaleyes Kohl Liner
Jordana Twist & Shine Balm Stain.
Jordana Best Lash Extreme.

Rite Aid
Maybelline Dream Wonder Foundation.

Lily's As Seen On TV Items Store
L.A. Colors Mineral Pressed Powder.
L.A. Colors Grafix Eyeliner.

At Walgreens, I got the CG nail polish for $1.49, the Fergie ones for $1.98, twist & shine balm was $1.50(I think), the eyeliner & mascara were $2.49. I got the dream wonder foundation at Rite Aid for only $2.98 because it was 40% off & I had a $4 off coupon. At Lily's, the powder was $4.99 & the eyeliner $2.99, those 2 were bought as we were leaving Pigeon Forge, but we also have one of those stores in town, they have some pretty neat stuff.

Like I said before, if you would like more info on any of the items in the photo, please let me know. Let me know too if you'd like a review on any of them. I am planning one with the foundation, mineral powder & the mascara. I heard the mascara was almost as good as a $30 one, so we shall see!

Wet n Wild Fergie On Edge Eyeliner vs M.A.C. Eye Kohl

Wet n Wild Fergie On Edge Eyeliner vs M.A.C. Eye Kohl.

(Left: W&W Midnight Girl Right: M.A.C. Smolder)

I've tried many eyeliners, but never found one that stayed all day until I found M.A.C. Eye Kohl in Smolder. It was love at first try! I knew I was going to have to replace it sooner or later because I can't sharpen it all the way down due to it getting chewed on my a dog & it being held by tape. I've bought I don't know how many different eyeliners in hopes that it will be a Smolder dupe. I found a coupon for $1 off of the new Wet n Wild Fergie line & figured I'd try that eyeliner since it looked creamy.

I think I found a pretty good dupe! The above photo shows how they look on. The W&W went on a little smoother then the M.A.C. did. They both went on dark, just how I like it to. I've used both on my waterline & on the inner rim of my eyelid. I would definitely recommend the Wet & Wild Ferige if you are looking for a cheaper alternative M.A.C.  I've heard that some people are comparing the Wet n Wild Fergie eyeliners to Urban Decay eyeliners, but I do not own any Urban Decay eyeliners, so I can't say. From the photos I've seen of Urban Decay, they do look similar. Hope you enjoyed this little review!
