Cover Girl truMAGIC Review.

Cover Girl truMAGIC Skin Perfector

Hi guys! This is the primer I used with my last post. I didn't think to get a photo with just this on, but I did notice that it did blur my pores some(I have large pores) and my skin feel a little bit smoother. This is a pretty good sized compact and I recently seen at my local Walgreens that they now have smaller ones out. I wish I had waited, this one will probably dry out before I use it all! I didn't notice any smell to it except for the sponge that came with it has like a rubber glove smell but it's not strong, only when you really sniff the sponge. Thankfully it did not break me out any, I've had that problem with other primers. To me, it's a bit on the pricey side, I got mine at Rite Aid for $11.99, but the smaller ones are $4.99. I really wanted to try it tho, so I went for it. You don't have to use it under makeup, you can just wear it alone to help with oily spots. I also read that you can put it over the makeup, but I haven't tried that yet. It looks white, but it's clear on the skin. Hope you guys enjoy!

Revlon PhotoReady BB cream Review.

Revlon PhotoReady BB Cream

Hello! I bought this about a month ago on sale but just now decided to try it out. I got it in 010 Light/Pale. I have to say that it matches my skin perfect! I would say that it has light to medium coverage, maybe more if you added layers. I found it very easy to apply. It has SPF 30 in it, which I love. It has a light sunscreen smell to it. I had no problems blending it in using a rounded end sponge. This is the 1st BB Cream I have tried, so I can't compare it to others yet, but I am a fan of this one.

Not sure why this photo uploaded sideways, but this was after wearing it all day long. It's not the best photo of it. I also used Cover Girl truMAGIC under it which I will be reviewing next!

Been MIA

I'm sorry that I've been a little M.I.A. lately. I think I am going to start making a few changes. I'm going to make it more then just about makeup. I'm thinking of adding crafts I've made, food I've made & maybe some of my photography too. I do have some things I'm going to review in the next few days. Also, what do y'all think about my layout? I thought it was cute at 1st, but now I think it's to busy and that it needs to be toned down some, but still cute. Chat with you guys soon!

Got My Makeup Organized!....Finally!

I finally got my makeup organized! I never realized how much makeup I had until I tried to fit it all in a box that is now used for my nail polish(that's another post lol). I got the plastic 3 drawer cart at Wal Mart. It was boring looking, so I got some sheets of foam & cut them to fit each drawer, which I plan decorating more later on. The Victoria's Secret box on top holds all of my brushes, sponges, brush shampoo, eye lashes, some other makeup tools & a few eye shadows that wouldn't fit in the drawer nicely. I had a slight case of OCD while getting it all organized & had to make sure I could get to almost everything without having to dig around haha!

Wet n Wild Fergie On Edge Eyeliner vs M.A.C. Eye Kohl

Wet n Wild Fergie On Edge Eyeliner vs M.A.C. Eye Kohl.

(Left: W&W Midnight Girl Right: M.A.C. Smolder)

I've tried many eyeliners, but never found one that stayed all day until I found M.A.C. Eye Kohl in Smolder. It was love at first try! I knew I was going to have to replace it sooner or later because I can't sharpen it all the way down due to it getting chewed on my a dog & it being held by tape. I've bought I don't know how many different eyeliners in hopes that it will be a Smolder dupe. I found a coupon for $1 off of the new Wet n Wild Fergie line & figured I'd try that eyeliner since it looked creamy.

I think I found a pretty good dupe! The above photo shows how they look on. The W&W went on a little smoother then the M.A.C. did. They both went on dark, just how I like it to. I've used both on my waterline & on the inner rim of my eyelid. I would definitely recommend the Wet & Wild Ferige if you are looking for a cheaper alternative M.A.C.  I've heard that some people are comparing the Wet n Wild Fergie eyeliners to Urban Decay eyeliners, but I do not own any Urban Decay eyeliners, so I can't say. From the photos I've seen of Urban Decay, they do look similar. Hope you enjoyed this little review!

Hey folks!

Sorry I haven't updated. in a few days! It's been a full house while we had that stupid cold spell. Everyone was sleeping all over the house so I didn't get much time to test anything. I do think I have found a nice alternative to a MAC eyeliner tho! I will try to review that soon. Hope everyone is having a awesome day/night!
